Chubb 3K74 and 3K74e 5 lever BS 3621 Sash Locks.
This British Standard 3621 3k74 Mortice Sashlock is the corner stone and probably the most popular mortice sash lock on the market. The sizes are slightly different to most mortice locks being 67 mm and 80 mm case sizes available in Brass and Satin Stainless Steel finishes.
This Chubb sashlock can be fitted to either left or right opening doors.
The lock can be keyed alike and comes with 2 keys as standard.

The lock is now surpassed by the 3K74e which has a longer and stronger bolt and is built to the new BS standards.
The Chubb 5 Lever British Standard mortice sashlock is locked or unlocked by key from either side. Roller latchbolt means lock is suitable for fitting in doors both left and right hand hung, without modification. Roller latchbolt withdrawn by lever handle from either side. The 5 Lever British Standard Sashlock can be masterkeyed and keyed alike and comes with a total of 2 keys. It comes in a silver finish with either brass or chrome forend finish.
Manufactured to the same high security specification as 3G114e, this is a sashlock which can be used both for commercial and domestic use and is insurance approved.
