If you have a pair of rebated French doors to the garden, fit a good sash mortice with a rebate pack and at least
locking bolts to the final closing leaf of the doors or even better still to the first closing leaf of the doors as well.

How about COMMUNAL DOORS, a communal door is classified as a shared entrance door that leads to a flat etc. This is a grey area.
