Chubb 3R35 mortise deadlocking Latch.
The 3R35 mortise dead locking latch is ideal for heavy traffic use where a lot of security is needed. It has a handle on the inside and key operation from the outside, the handle is bought separately from the lock and comes in a variety of finishes.

BUY THIS LOCK WITH THE CONFIDENCE OF USING AN ESTABLISHED The 3r35 deadlocking Latch bolt is withdrawn by key from either side and by lever handle from inside, (purchased seperatly). The door is automatically deadlocked when closed, whilst the snib can be used to hold the bolt back when it needs to be left open. This lock can be keyed alike or mastered with any other Chubb detainer mortice lock. The lock is automatically dead latched when closing the door, thus preventing slipping of the latch. The lock is ideal for fire exit doors as the locking action can be taken out in order that the lock will open from the inside with the handle, this is the 3R35X.
